Effective Date: January 1st, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Kulaa offer programme ("Offers"). By claiming or redeeming an Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Each registered Kulaa user may hold a maximum of two (2) active Offers at any given time.
- Offers are limited in number and claimable strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Kulaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Offers for any user suspected of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
2. Claiming Offers
- Claiming an Offer is free of charge to the user.
- Once claimed, the Offer will appear in the My Offers section of the Kulaa app.
- An Offer must be redeemed within 30 calendar days from the date of claim. After this period, the Offer will automatically expire and be removed from the user's account.
- Expired Offers cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
3. Redeeming Offers
- To redeem an Offer, the user must present the voucher at the participating restaurant.
- The restaurant reserves the right to:
- Verify the user's eligibility,
- Check compliance with the specific Offer conditions, and
- Accept or decline redemption at its sole discretion.
- Once an Offer is redeemed, it will be removed from the user's profile and cannot be reused.
- Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, changed, resold, or transferred.
4. Limitations & Restrictions
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or deals unless expressly stated by the restaurant.
- Offers may be subject to availability (e.g., valid only on specific days or menu items).
- Misuse of Offers, including attempts to redeem multiple times or fraudulent activity, may result in suspension of the user's Kulaa account.
5. Expiry, Cancellation & Modifications
- All Offers automatically expire after the stated redemption period.
- Restaurants may modify their Offers at any time without prior notice.
- Kulaa may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offers programme at its sole discretion.
- In the event of cancellation or withdrawal, Kulaa shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience incurred by the user.
6. Liability
- Kulaa acts solely as a facilitator between users and restaurants. Kulaa does not provide the goods or services redeemed through Offers.
- All food, beverages, and services are provided by the participating restaurant, which is solely responsible for their quality, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kulaa disclaims all liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of or reliance on an Offer.
7. Data & Privacy
- By claiming an Offer, you consent to Kulaa collecting and processing your personal data as necessary to administer the Offers programme.
- Kulaa will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in respect of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
9. Agreement
- By claiming or redeeming an Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
