The meal was defined by the Truffle bone marrow fried rice, which arrived with a rich, buttery depth that was balanced perfectly by the earthy aroma of the truffle. I loved the indulgence of the marrow melting into the grains, making every spoonful feel incredibly decadent. The Crispy Pork Betel Leaf Canapes followed with a fantastic contrast, the snap of the fresh leaf against the crunch of the pork and the zing of the traditional Thai aromatics. To round it out, the Crispy Chicken Ribs were seasoned beautifully and had a light, golden batter that stayed crisp until the last bite.
